Privacy

• Your account: your display name, which is shown as the photographer credit, and your sign-in details.
• The photos you upload, in two sizes, and the optional note about where on the course you took them.
• The ratings you give and the reports you file.
• A “This is me” claim, if you make one: your name, email, optional bib number and note.
• A removal request, if you make one: your email and your reason.

Your browser strips the EXIF data from each photo before it is uploaded. That removes the GPS location your phone may have added.

An AI model looks at each uploaded photo to sort it into a costume category and to screen it for safety. It is told to describe the costume, not to name the person. Anything uncertain goes to a human admin to review.

If you are in a photo and want it taken down, use the removal form. You do not need an account. The photo is hidden as soon as you send the request, and an admin reviews it.
